...is it strange that I'm now looking at men the way I look at real estate?

"Hm, nice structure, good location, bad paint and carpet...it's ok,
he's a fixer upper!"

This was a cute, but nerdy and badly dressed guy in line at High Tech Burrito the other day. Would be a total hottie if we went shopping. But really, do I have time for such nonsense?? I don't think so!
